The Cruise Personaliser enables you to update your pre-cruise information and to preview a summary of your booking.
Please follow these steps to access your Cruise Personaliser facility:
- You must read and understand the Terms and Conditions relevant to the brochure/destination you have booked your cruise from, as you will be bound by them. Once you have read and understood these conditions, select 'I Accept' button at the bottom of the page indicating that you have accepted these conditions.
- A separate window will display the log-in area for which you will need: Your first name, surname and booking reference number*.
Please Note: If you provide us with the personal information of any other passengers, you must have the authority of those passengers or if the passengers are under the age of 18, you must be their parent or legal guardian.
* Where can I find my booking reference number?
If you were the person who booked through our Reservations Centre or at a travel agent, you would have received your booking reference as part of your confirmation. Each person on a booking can access Cruise Personaliser using their own first name, surname and the booking reference number. If you did not make the booking, you will need to contact the person who did to obtain the booking reference. Once you have logged in, you will notice that all people in the party are displayed under the same booking reference number.
